You know the crispy stuff they serve with Ayam Penyet? Yes that’s Tempeh! It’s made from fermented soybeans and are a great meat alternative. A serving of tempeh (100g) contains 19g of protein, which is a little more than a chicken drumstick. Fancy a curry tempeh grilled cheese sandwich?
Chobani greek yogurt
This is truly one of the best yogurt brands around. 1 cup (227g) of it contains 22g of protein!!! It’s also low in sugar and calories. I promise you’ll feel bright and rejuvenated when you pair it with a pack of rejuvenation topper for breakfast. It’s like popeye’s spinach without the can.

EDAMAME IS THE BEST SNACK EVER! It’s so much fun eating it from the pods, and one cup of it contains the same amount of protein as chicken drumstick. More reasons to have more of it! The only time you shouldn’t be eating it is well… maybe at restaurants – a small plate is a ridiculous $4 – $6 !!!

One cup of it contains 3 times more protein than an egg! Some studies done have also shown that it helps with weight loss. I wonder why salad bars don’t include this on their menu (it’s a cheap protein too!).
