Do you seriously HATE vegetables? I once hated it too (when I was a kid). But some of us just don’t grow out of it and declare themselves as meatarians. But hey, we’re no longer cavemen! The stone edge has been replaced with hipster avocado toasts and smoothies, so there are tons of creative ways we could add vegetables in our food (without the yucks).

1. drink your vegetables
Doesn’t this make you want to drink it already?! Blend spinach or mixed green leaves together with a bunch of sweet fruits like oranges, strawberries, watermelon, and a dash of honey and almond or soy milk. Breakfast is served.
Try these delicious life changing smoothies or a dark choc banana smoothie (1 cup spinach + 1 banana + 1 cup almond milk + 2 tbsp cocoa powder + 3tbsp chia seeds)
2. cauliflower pizza

A non sinful pizza? Not even kidding. Made of mashed cauliflower topped with tomato paste and all the goodness of pizza, you won’t even feel like you’re eating your veg.
3. turn it into chips
No one really likes to eat raw vegetables. But if it’s in chips, like baked sweet potato fries, oven zucchini sticks, or vegetable chips, oooooh yes. It’s like french fries, but healthier and more nutritious 🙂
4. turn it into pastes/sauces
Blending your veggies into sauces, like a creamy broccoli dip to go with sandwiches, or pesto sauce with pasta. Pesto is so wonderfully delicious and it’s healthy too! It’s made of blended basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, and cheese. SLURP!
5. mask it with cheese
Blend veggies (trust me even celery works), mix with milk and cheese, and voila!

Savoury oatmeal porridge is what I’m talking about. You’d be surprise how delish it tastes! Mix in some sautéed mushrooms, pumpkins, avocado and whatever greens you like. Sprinkle with savoury nut mixes like herb garlic garden or a bean-riffic protein boost.
7. vegan spinach brownies
For all the fussy eaters out there who don’t even eat 1 cm of spinach, this one’s for you. I dare you to try making these vegan brownies.
