2 cups cooked macaroni
1 tbsp butter
Sprinkle of onion powder
2 cups cheddar
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup milk
1x soya crisps
1x herb garlic garden
1. Combine ingredients in this order:
- cooked macaroni
- onion powder
- soft cream cheese
- herb garlic garden
2. Butter muffin tins and pour mixture in
3. Pound soya crisps and sprinkle over muffin tins, and top with a sprinkle of cheddar
4. Bake at 170 C for 30 mins or until the top turns golden brown
Other ways you can enjoy it
Season with additional spices and herbs like cajun and rosemary, or bake it with broccoli to get some extra vitamins!
